A poignant and emotional installation as part of Consequence of War exhibition at Lichfield Cathedral, curated by Peter Walker and featuring several key works. Yarn front is a central feature of the exhibition featuring 500 + suspended knitting needles above the visitors heads on red wool. these are positioned above a revolving map. the installation symbolises and pays tribute to the lives of those who suffer during war from arial bombardment – often civilians, men women and children so remote from the war that their lives were destroyed by acts of terror.
